Shipping policy

Xendria works with local courier services, allowing products to be delivered directly to your home or local post office.

Your payment will be charged at the time you place your order, and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipment. To help prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or orders requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.

Delivery

We begin processing your order immediately. Therefore, we cannot make any changes (including address changes) once your order has been placed. We only ship to the address provided during checkout. You will only be charged for the products delivered, along with any applicable shipping fees and taxes.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

Deliveries are made only on business days and not on Saturdays or public holidays.

Order processing usually takes 1–2 business days. However, some products may require additional processing time, especially during holiday periods or if your order contains popular items with limited availability. Orders are shipped as soon as stock availability has been confirmed.

If an order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days due to differences in the locations of our production partners.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, you can expect your order to be shipped within 1–2 days. On average, delivery takes 6–9 days.

Please note: The timeframes above are estimates in business days. Although we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Xendria is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as postal or customs procedures, public holidays, extreme weather conditions, labor disputes, demonstrations, and similar events. Such disruptions may result in delays beyond the original estimated delivery time.

What happens if the estimated delivery time has passed?

In 99% of cases, your order is delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, delays can occasionally occur during the shipping process. You can track the status of your order using the tracking number sent to you by email.
