Refund policy

When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins on the day after the consumer, or a representative designated in advance by the consumer, has received the product from the merchant.

During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to determine whether the consumer wishes to keep it. If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging to the merchant, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the merchant.

If the consumer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the merchant within 14 days of receiving the product. This notification must be made in writing or by email. After notifying the merchant of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must return the product within 14 days. The consumer must be able to provide proof that the delivered product was returned on time, for example by means of a shipping receipt with a tracking number.

You Received the Wrong Product

We are all human, right? Even though we double-check everything, it is possible that we may send you the wrong product. No problem—simply send us a photo of the incorrect product at info@xendria.shop, and our customer support team will verify it and assist you further.

You Received a Damaged/Defective Product

Although quality is one of our highest priorities, it is possible that a damaged product may be shipped by mistake. In this case, you do not need to return the product. You may keep or dispose of it. You only need to send us an email (info@xendria.shop) with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged product. If the photo clearly shows that the product is damaged, we will send you a replacement product as soon as possible at no additional cost.
